Catalogue Usage – You authorise ClearAir.fm to use any and all submitted tracks or episodes in future broadcasts, on-demand streaming, promotions, and station archives.
Royalty Waiver – You waive any claim to royalties, performance fees, or similar payments from PROs (e.g., PRS, PPL) or any third-party collection agency, in exchange for non-monetary benefits including, but not limited to:
Free promotional exposure via ClearAir.fm’s broadcasts and online channels.
Eligibility for paid live performance opportunities and featured artist slots.
No Infringement – Your submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or moral rights.
Indemnity – You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearAir.fm, its owners, staff, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of this agreement.
Voluntary Submission – You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and you may request removal of your Work from future broadcasts with 30 days’ written notice, except where the Work has already been included in published archives or promotional materials.
